At TXN Metals, we understand that seeing is believing. To help our global partners verify the superior quality and coating standards of our products, we provide free galvanized steel pipe samples for evaluation before you place a bulk order.
Our Sample Policy Details
We aim to make the sampling process as simple and transparent as possible for our clients:
- Sample Cost: The samples themselves (sections of 2-1/2″ galvanized tubing or other standard sizes) are FREE of charge.
- Freight Cost: As per international trade practice, the buyer is generally responsible for the courier/freight charges (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
- Freight Refund: Great News! The sample freight cost can be fully refunded or deducted from your first official container order.
What is Included in the Sample Package?
When you request a sample from our galvanized steel tube factory, you don’t just get a piece of metal. You get a complete quality kit:
- Product Specimen: A 10cm – 30cm section of the actual pipe showing the weld seam and zinc coating quality.
- Technical Data Sheet: Detailed specifications including steel grade (Q235/Q345) and coating weight.
- Mill Test Report (MTR): A copy of the laboratory test results for that specific production batch.

- The specific product size and thickness you are interested in.
- Your full company name and delivery address.
- Your courier account number (if available) for freight-collect shipping.
